- 1979
- CO-VENT is founded.
- 1981
- Development of a full range of fans and blowers with emphasis on double stage blowers for water treatment facilities with pressure up 240 in WG and fans for industrial applications as well as retrofits of large fans.
- 1992
- The company name was changed to CO-VENT Fans Inc. to highlight the company’s main product line.
- 2000
- CO-VENT Fans joins the group formed by TLT Babcock USA and Turbo Lufttechnik Germany. The company name was changed to TLT CO-VENT Fans Inc.
- 2003
- TLT CO-VENT joins the New York Blower group (nyb), after the purchase of TLT Babcock USA by NYB.
- 2006
- The subsidiary TLT CO-VENT Ventiladores Ltda. was established in Brazil as a focal point for the South American market.
- 2009
- TLT CO-VENT ended its agreement with the New York Blower group. This change allows us to access all markets without any intercompany restrictions.
- In celebration of our 30th anniversary we have launched a new corporate logo and to recognize our company heritage (established 1979) have changed our name back to COVENT Fans Inc.
